Before looking for someone to manage your property, finding a tenant will be more challenging. There are too many empty apartments. Just drive by any newer apt complex around 8 PM. Most floors will have one or two homes with light turned on. It used to take 5 years for occupancy to hit 75% after hand over. With a oversupply in the market, there are more owners than tenants.
