R2A Best Cities - I am confused - Please Help!

We felt that the RTP area offered a good balance. My husband visited Chapel Hill and Cary and really liked it. He also went to Austin but felt we would get bored there too quickly. Also my husband works in BioTech and we saw more prospects for his work in RTP compared to Texas.

I am relocating back from India though my husband has a home and business in Boston area.

Did you move to RTP Area ? I am also planning to move hence wanted to know your situation

I do live in Raleigh/Triangle area. It has grown dramatically in the last few years with lot of jobs moving to this area. (Financial, insurance companies). It already has a good presence for technology (IBM, Cisco, NetApp), Bio-tech and pharma companies. Good weather, decent house prices and good universities (NC State Univ, Univ of Chapel Hill, Duke Univ) in the area makes it a good destination to raise a family. There are lot of Indian restaurants and good Indian population. Not sure, if that is one of your criteria.
