For one month I have been experiencing bad sound quality with vonage connection. I looked into the static, cordless etc. Everything seems ok. Airtel broadband provides 1.2 Mbps.
I called up vonage. The rep asked me to measure the latency to vonage server. It averaged around 300 ms. He said the quality is bad due to it being double of the usual 150 ms.
Airtel doesnt give a damn anyway because the download speed are good.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue.
