It is your money , you can withdraw as you want and spend.

Using your mac card you can withdraw some where between rs 20k to 60k. Different banks has different policy how much max you can withdraw at a time. But you can withdraw more than once immediatly. But you can withdraw few lacks at a time at your bank personally depending up on availability of funds in your account. There is no limit how much max you can write a check to some one. This is based on my personnel experience I am telling you.
