You know how to working with foreign colleagues?

Post by brknny »

vietnamhr;584795Hello everyone,
I am working at a manpower company who specialized in providing manpower oversea where I'm not only frequently work with foreign partners but also take a thousand of skilled labors from Vietnam to live and work oversea, which brings me many experiences. To be successful, beside the first principle that you must really have the capacity and the professional working attitudes, I would like to share with you some experiences:
- Erase cultural barriers: Do not forget that between you and foreign partners have a cultural barrier. Cultural differences will lead to more cases of unnecessary misunderstandings. So please take advantage of every opportunity to help your partner understand more about your culture and learn more about their culture. They will appreciate your efforts.
-Know how to express yourself: General characteristics of all the foreign partners are focused on the results of work, so if you prove to them about your abilities, you are successful.

That was really helpful information and your thoughts and ideas were amazing.I completely agree with you whatever the country or culture it may be we need to understand them and should respect their values as we do for our own country and culture.Mutual understanding is necessary to build healthy and friendly relationship.

Foreign colleagues would like one to understand the difference between gerund and infinitive verb forms, such as "working" and "to work". To consider such things, and to work well with foreign colleagues, it is best to know where the vietnamese Robusta coffee, in its unroasted form is sold.
