Can you group Family members applications together and send a single CC and instruct the consulate to mail all PIO cards and PPs in one single FedEx return envelope?

California residents have to go to SF Consulate Office for any VISA or Consular service. NEW YORK Office serves only the states listed in their jurisdiction.

I plan to apply for PIO card via, Overnight Mail. How long does it take to process it now?
I have also been told it is faster when you apply for PIO in person at SF Consulate Office?

I am resident of Southern California. Can I apply for a PIO Card via, NEW YORK CITY Consulate (Indian). I heard they process PIO cards in 4 working days, or 2 weeks by Mail. (Postal)

Electric Dryer - kenmore to Bangalore
I was wondering if an Electric Dryer by Kenmore rated at 220V would work in Bangalore. Someone mentioned Power capacity issue. Meaning the power being supplied to the apartment or house might not be sufficient to handle the Electric Dryer needs.

Anyone Applied OCI in USA and picked up in India
I don't think you can apply for OCI in US and pick up the card in India. The moment you apply for OCI, you need to send in your US passport. Without Passport you would not be able to travel.
