Anybody started a NGO in India after R2I.

I want to know how to register a NGO and other legal procedures.

To OP,

You should be able to withdraw USD from ATM here in USA but the conversation rate will go against you. Any ATM that has the same logo like master, Visa, Maestro etc will work.

$8k per month cash in hand after all the deductions.

After 3k rent, there is still 5k left,

One can save 2-3k per month.

So 150k is enough to survive.

Is it a good idea to take personal loan in USA to payoff Indian loan ?

My friend wanted to do this, so I am seeking members opinion here.

I don't have much details about how much he wants to take loan and his credit score.

Anybody done this and does it make sense ?
