They don't do business in my state. Moreover, my LTV is close to 95% for an investment property - something that may be difficult to get approved.

I just ordered HTC Droid Incredible 2 for myself. It is for Verizon (CDMA), but according to the specs - will also work with GSM. It has a SIM card slot.
