I dont know how you will handle dents,scratches when you will drive your car in india,since you mentioned about how irritating it was to have a dent in your Altima :-)
I already have 4 cases of dent removal,painting done on my car which I started driving for past 5 months after my R2I

Iam in chennai and I do have PAL to NTSC convertor which I want to sell as my TV got burnt and Iam looking to buy indian tv soon.

Why would Post office be concerned about nationality of the applicant.As the form rightly says it is for address proof .May be wejust apply and dont dicslose the nationality itself !!!
Also I dont see in any field inside that form asking for applicants nationality ?

Bank didint sent me such document about deficeincy judgement, but they did sent me verbage that its paid in full(settled in full).

Short sale is like a regular sale where you still do the showing to prospective buyers and keep staying there
For us it was a challenge as we were in process of packing things for R2I as well as deal with 18 month old kid and 5 year old.
