tax expert based in India / preferred Bangalore?

all - would appreciate any inputs for tax experts with knowledge of both US and India taxes for US citizens working, living and earning mostly in India but having dividend income etc.

thanks again. let's assume i made 80k in india and 10k in capital gains in US. now india deducted close to 30% of my taxes for 80k. when i file in US and add 10k, given i have already paid 30% on 80k, there is no additional tax even by adding the 10k. hence no deduction per say and my actual paid ...

as i read this again, it is clear that this will get taxed at 33% (even with the 15% credit, the 15% was due to US I assume and the 18% was due to India). thanks a lot of your response. for my spouse if she had no other income .. does she still pay 20% in india or since she had no income .. she might get away since she did not fall in the income category for greater than 10% taxes as an example?

all - one of my tax inefficient funds (i have gotten rid of it now) declared a capital gain distribution this year. I am a ROR living in India (US citizen). Does India tax this or given this is long term capital gain, this is exempt from taxes? would appreciate a response.
