I currently have a RuPay Debit card from HDFc and have a hard time it getting accepted in the US. Although the card says it is valid only in India, I have enabled the international access thru net banking. Have anyoe successfully used their Indian debit cards in the USA? Doesnt a pre-certified come with an extended warranty for 60K to 100K miles?

I always wanted to drive a Merc or a BMW. Was always intriged with their price and Resale value. Does a pre-certified 3 year BMW or Merc make sense in terms of value.
