PAM Spray : PAM is not glutin free - which might cause some health problems. Read the PAM ingredients - find out what are they. I use all time in grill untill i saw in some tv health show.

do not use Pam or any other on the shelf sprays. they contain some chemical
too bad for health.
if you still want to use the spray, use mazola spray which has less chemical ingredients.
