I tried applying from NSDL.coma nd the first field in the application is Aadhar card number and it seems like the mobile number and email should also match with aadhar details. I dont have an Aadhar card, I am a Indian Citizen livng in the USA. How can I proceed.

Can you elaborate more on these schools. Their full names, facilities and what to expect or point to their website if available. Rs.30,000/Yr seems very reasonable to a point of being unbelievable if the school is any good.
