Any other insurance options other than visitorscoverage.com? Its an old thread but hoping someone would have had a recent experience. I had this issue long time back and it came down in the next blood test, the doc said it could be because of the antacids I was taking for heratburn.

I know the quota is around 5% in most of the colleges. Some colleges it is much higer. In that 5% indian citizens can apply as long as they have someone to fork over dollars. Also the fee schedule for NRIs is nearly five times. We have few more years to go so just got the ballpark figure.
