Is OCI card required to sell property in India?

If you have adhaar card or drivers license with Indian address, you can use them as ID proof. I have done this multiple times.

Property Tax Rates in India

Don't know about Delhi, but in Hyderabad it is around Rs, 10,500 ( ten thousand five house rupees ) for a house with a registration value of 80 Lakhs. So property taxes are very very low.
