Go ahead & pay the amount. Welcome to India & we dont always go by the book rules :). You can take your arguements to consumer court etc, but not even worth your fuel charge. Its not worth your precious time. You will come across 100s of these things in near future.

WEBER could be the best. But in India, they don't convert the burners to work with LPGs. They use the original Propane burners on LPG. An industry expert said you will be wasting a lot of LPG if you run on propane burners and also it is not that safer. Not sure how much it is true.
