You will not be able to travel oustide and come back after jun 2011 without getting new visa. With your new 797 and I-94(date with new 797), you will be able to stay in US

I have had this issue , as my last name is too long to fit in SSN system.. I have not had any issues because of name mismatch yet. I think IRS and SSN name needs to match. I guess to get your paycheck, ssn name also need to match with employer(W-9)
