Yes, I am back with the same question, folks. It has been exactly 10 months now since we r2ied and still hubby not found a job matching his profile.
Anybody here with a similar story? any folks who r2ied and then had to move to some other country for lack of matching job here?

You are right. He is not sticking with AS/400 but the problem is his Resume` shows AS/400 all over and the team size he has handled is around 3 to 4 people. My hubby is applying to all metros in India, believe me. Hyd, B'lore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai..but till date nothing !!:(
But the competition is so tough plus his skill set is not commonly sought !
