dudes, any idea where can i have good candle light dinner in hyderabad ?

Haven't seen many eating candle lights in Hyderabad :emteeth:

Try Terrace Bay on top of Babukhan Mall in Somajiguda. They have candle lights. Ambience is awesome. Food is pretty good. Price is litttle steep.

Laguna is a recent addition. Meditteranean cuisine. Candlelight dinners are possible. However, food did not appeal to my palate.

Hmm my suggestion would be Waterfront which is on the Necklace road. I would personally recomend you to visit this site so that you can get more information regarding this matter.I have been using it for past three months my self.

here is my preferred list:

Restaurants:

Waterfront (not on weekends as it tends to get crowded) on Necklace Road
Zafraan (top of Little Penang) Banajar Hills (I believe Rd no. 5)
Mantra (opp. Hyderabad Central Mall, its on the 4-5 th floor of the bldg opp. the mall and has a nice view)
Shangai Dice - on somajiguda-greenlands road
Haiking -Himaythnagar, been there since childhood and still love it
Touche - expensive but elegant
Boats Club - Not so much for the food (limited menu not a whole lot of taste) but ambience (lake front etc) is good.
Main Club Secunderabad - Outdoors are good although they do get crowded on weekends
Peshawari - Grand Kakatiya
Tulips - Greenalnds (ok but good for the price - the weekend buffet is good)

Watering Holes

Liquids - see the page 3 crowd along with the tollywood heros/heroines
B&C (Bottles & Chimneys) - I think entry is limited to couples on weekends and Friday nights require contacts to get in
Little Penang - if you are in mood for dancing
Dublin - pricey but OK ambience as long a sthey keep the DJ quiet
Touche - Not sure if they still have the Happy Hours (reduced cover)
Sundowner - My favourite (opp KBR park Jubliee Hills)

Breakfast

Minerva - Himayatnagar/Somajiguda
Taj Krishna
Mariott - tank bund

I would avoid the following:

Dakshin in Grand Kakatiya as it is glorified idli/dosa/vada served on a silver plate with waiters in silk dhotis..and you pay for all that

Country Club - expect to see drunk fellows, noise etc
