Hi,

I am a USC with OCI. We are planning to sell a land in Chennai and repatriate the money to USA. Is anyone aware of a practicing CA in Chennai, who has done or well versed with this sort of transaction.

Please let us know any contacts like Charted Accountants, Bank contacts etc. who might be able to help us in this.

I know this is a real-estate thread for Chennai and sorry for asking my question in this thread. I just wanted to know which is a good place to buy laptop in Chennai. Can you name few good quality places in Chennai to buy a laptop.

We ordered a dell laptop online
dell.co.in

We bought 3 year at home service and had the laptop delivered to Hosur. The Cust Service called us three times to make sure everything is ok. So far happy.

i would go with VS2007, though i've no experience with dell.co.in. Advertised prices are relatively cheap. I assume Dell do the same level of customer service (and after sales service) as they do abroad.
