If its a Million dollars any company will provide all documents to view and you would be taking advice from CPA's, CA's Attorneys, etc.:emwink:

If its a few shares you have nothing to worry about.:D

It is a public company.

To find out how the business is doing, evaluate their financial reports.

I have gone through all the reports.
The annual reports can be misleading many times after
hearing the accounting scandals, backdating options etc. What I
am looking for if any one has some more information from a
person who has worked there or know any one who has worked there

Well, I hope someone answers your question.

I am reasonably certain that there are people in Tanla Solutions, who think the company is great and has great management, products and revenue outlook and I am also reasonably certain that there are people working for Tanla Solutions who think the company sucks and does not has a good future and are probably looking for a job elsewhere.

In any case, I wish you good luck in finding someone with more information. Please don't take offence to my post - I am trying to point out what would you trust, if some desi tells you the company is good / bad or the cost of R&D, SGA, COGs, net Margins, top line growth, customer base, competition - all that information is in annual reports. Only the senior management would know more than that (my opinion).

Tanla solutions may be a good short term buy, but long term i am not sure, from what i heard they have built an elaborate smokescreen, which may blow away one fine day...

So you don't trust financial reports for obvious reasons ... but you will trust some random person on an online forum (anonymous) who may or may not work in this company and who may or may not have any useful information about the company. :emteeth:
