depends on the position and company and experience.

Normally its 50% of US Pay + household goods shipping + taking over your existing home here + flight tickets for family + 2 weeks of relocation vacation

its more the higher your position is (even US salary for selected few).

Just Curious! What would the salary be for a VP, Director or CXO in Hyderabad? Anyone with knowledge please share info.

As someone said it varies by company. Have to be in the right place at the right time.

A fortune 100 company paid 75L for a VP to move to Gachibowli. While another Fortune 100 company offered around 35L for a similar position

Well same goes for this. there is no standard rule..based on your experience, position, salary offered.

If you get 10 Lakhs Salary, you might get 50K-1lakh bonus
adn for people who make 15-20Lkahs, i have seen upto 5 lakhs signon bonus
which is paid over time (2 years) to encourage retention.

More than 20 Lakhs are usually means Director or Sr Mgmt.. .Rules of game may be different for them. I dont know too many people who went at this level

not sure how you can generalize in this way.You probably mean services based companies like Infy, wipro...there are other companies as well in India....I have a friend who is a developer in Product companies and is paid 24L+ (base salary...not CTC) , some investment banks pay even more....

My data applies to Hyderabad and for majority of cases.
I know directors making less than 20 lakhs and developers making more than 20 lakhs who have domain expertize or specialists in embedded development or networking etc.

I just gave ball park figures from offers and salaries i have seen and heard around HYD. Neither i am in job search in India nor I am a recruiter so i wont know exact current market rates
