dual tax while working in singapore

Hi All,
I have some simple dual taxation questions. I tried to read the older threads but they deal with some specific questions. Pls forgive me if my questions seem basic. Actually, I didn't pay much attention to dual taxation as we thought we'll not be above the limit income wise in India.

Now we are moving to Singapore, and the compensation will be around 200K SGD per year. In addition we'll have rental income in US of about 20-24K per year. We are moving sometime in May. I am just trying to estimate the total US taxes that we'll have to pay ( both federal and state ).

Can anybody pls answer this query? We are going to have a session with HR too but I really doubt if they know all the correct information.
