Try the Indian offices of the following firms (some of them have multi-city presence in India):

Amrop International
Egon Zehnder
Korn/Ferry

Got an email from these guys but honestly don't know anything about them. Check them out especially guys in the Bay area. :emsmiled:

These guys mostly collect resumes for Microsoft. Like many other parties that work with Microsoft, they have no control over the process, after collecting your resume. It goes into a blackhole from there.
