Pasu meaning cow is kindergarden definition. Many who did not grow beyond that mis-identification, are spreading and selling crap in the name of vedas. If that translation is right, how can a cow talk to a king. chandamama stories are for kids. Dont blame them... you are in the wrong classroom or with wrong peers...
Lets get the mature picture.. a quantam gravity approach. There you'll see the true vedas in action... read fritj-of-capra or people of such calibre for discussion... Beating some quacks suggestions only fullfills their purpose..
If we are going to talk about such stupidity there will be several billions of them...

I liked your post, even though I was not able to decipher what you were saying, because it has piqued my interest. If you could explain in layman terms what you are trying to say, there may be a good learning exercise for all of us. Please explain your abstract philosophy in simple terms.

Here is my attempt... please bear with my english... forgive me if it sounds too naive...
This world is an experimental ground.
what we take? and where we leave off doesnt matter?
All that matters is did we learn vanity.... and mature out using those...
The world is just for realising the vanity ("OOdal" approach)...
Hence you can switch your awareness from the manifested matter to the consiousness(superstring) that constitutes... which is called realization.
Its the same birth death and oldage we are witnessing generation after generation. There are millions of disease and millions of medicines.
We all work for such companies going round the the same vicious cycle or food chain. We got so used to it, that we debate on it as though we are intellectuals... thats the trick of nature to keep us confined to it.
For a buddha the sight of one such a suffering enligtened him. Remember Buddha didnot see suffering. If so he would have spent his wealth on them and time on discovering medicines and technology. He saw vanity inside and outside the palace. He didnot quit... he went on a mission... he didnot hear to all those crap stories that we are debating on, that existed then too, from any such godmen... He designed a path of emancipation and gave it to the world..
May be that is the clue... No matter any progress in medicine we'll die... Dont waste a minute more wasting your life time denying stupidity... Just use those stupids for your growth... Milk the cow, eat the wheat... As long as you are growing they are there to serve us... Likewise we should know who is milking us (using our life time)...

So is Pasu Mutr the same as Nirvana?
Or is it more like - some may see Pasu Mutr as cow urine - but to the enlightened ones Pasu Mutr is the infinite consciousness super string quanta gravity electro magnetic universal blissful eternal truth?

Regarding evolution proper, mutation / gene transformation is the only thing that helps. But you are perhaps talking about a different "evolution" into some neurological state that Science has not understood well yet.
In 30 years genetics and neuroscience will have advanced enough to shed some light, but then the mumbo-jumbo brigade will add new terms to super string theory quantum infinite space-time curvature continuum universal consciousness.

You are kind of right... but the truth is knowing that... what you can know and see and own, you have no control over it or you cannot engineer much.... ie., you own this body can you skip a heart beat, tickle the pancreas or regulate the blood flow.... nothing under the skin is under your control ... can you feel any one of those billions of cells that is giving you a one big bobos shape and feel...
But still you think that you are in command.... isnt it an irony??? or is it an calculated act to keep you where you are by nature .... If so could nature limit its ability only under the skin or can it interact using those people around too... If you can get that vanity effect Definitely you'll come to the answer that "God doesnt play Dice with this world"...
