Does company expect us to negotiate on salary. I was always thinking they would.

Recently The HR guy mentioned that range is 12-15L and we are offering 15L so there is no room for negotiation. so It was more like take it or it is your decision..

Couple of months I saw your thread for Peoplesoft Jobs in India. can you please share your experiences about the current salaries, position and trends in India for a Peoplesoft TechnoFunctional?.

You are experienced, so not sure to give ideas. If you have multiple offers, you can ask them to match it. 15L for Peoplesoft team lead is 'ok' offer.

Good luck..Keep us posted about your job search experience. I am curious to know about Peoplesoft market in India (chennai).

yes I am in Peoplesoft HRMS for the last 8.5 yrs. Salary is around 15L for most offers that I got. the job structures are different. This is my second R2i Attempt. I am leaving in 15 days from now - will update the forum how things go.
