Favorite TV shows

Could you please list your favorite TV shows? Be it entertainment shows like Jay Leno or educational, talk show etc here in America as well as in India.

Please name the show, what it is , channel and air timing if possible. As there are so many channels and stuff and one could get lost not knowing all the requisite information.

Favorite shows:

Not entirely educational but I like the following:

King of Queens - very relaxing to watch.
Business Nation - doesnt come every week, I think it is once a month on CNBC

The McLaughlin Group (Political discussion by straight shooters) - NBC 11:30AM on Sundays. I would rate this as the best of all the Sunday morning ones.

Jon Stewart and Cobert Nation: Comedy Central 11-12PM.

Jeopardy - Quiz programme in CBS channel

Food Channel - Though I don't try out(at home)what they cook, but I enjoy watching it.. interesting recipes...so much different than indian(masala) cooking..
