Green card kits

Post by learner819 »

Hi: I was wondering if anyone has any experience or suggestions/comments to offer regarding (self) applying for a green card. I have an advanced degree from the US, have been working in the medical research area for a couple of years now, and am thinking of applying for a GC under the National Interest Waiver-EB2 category. Any information related to this, especially pertaining to using do-it-yourself kits would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

NIW - EB2 is employer sponsored not self sponsored. It means that your employer will have to initiate a NIW I-140 process for you.

Self sponsored category is EB1 (Extra ordinary ability), and is scrutinized very closely compared to EB2.

Don't waste your money on something you can get for free.

Look at the sections at http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/ It has everything you need to get green card under various categories.
