Movers and Packers from Bangalore to USA

Post by swastir »

Hello Folks,
We moved to B'lore in beginning 2010. However things have not worked out as we thoiught they would. We have decided to throw in the towel and move back to USA. I know some people in this forum have done the same. So it would be great if they could share their info/opinions about Mover/Packing companies from Bangalore to USA. Also an approx cost for a container would also be great.

TIA

I'm also on the same boat, but moved in May'2009 and decided to R2A (Bay Area) in May'2011. Please let me know, if you find details for mover and how are you planning to dispose the stuffs which you didn't carry over to US (Like 110V TV, Refrigerator, Memory Mattress, Bed ...). I can share, if i across similar experience.

Selvamurugan/Swastir
Would be interested to know the reason for R2A, is this the settling or job issue. Appreciate if you can share your thoughts on this.

Professional work did not play major role for R2A, mostly due to family thingy. I had some expectation on the family re-union, but even after 18 months situation didn't improve much, so it didn't matter for me where i lived. I was happy when i was visiting India every 18 months than living here all the time.
Hope this helps you, back2desh.

I suggest go with 21st century relocations, please contact Yogesh. We used them during our R2I last year and were very pleased with their service.

Why didn't you use the same shipping company that you used to move to R2I?

I am very curious to know why you moved back to the USA, that too so soon. Your information will be appreciated thanks
