ascetic_raj;240368Double game? On the contrary they seem to be the only party that is staying true to their promises. They are the only national party with clear stand for smaller states much before current T agitation. They take credit for creating Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand, so there is evidence of following through on their promises (for whatever political reasons). I am not sure about who is "genuine" and who is not, so no comments about that.

I don't know the true reason on forming these states so can't comment. Coming to T-State, they promised it before 1999 elections and after that cunning home minister delivered a cruel speech in Parliament. Reason stated was their allies didn't agree. Then same thing with Congress in 2004. Why were they shouting @congress then? Though I was a BJP supporter and its a separate discussion on political parties , after Advani's failure as HM and opposition leader, BJP sucks and they are no different. BJP will never get full majority at center and they keep denying the same for the same old cause every time. As congress promised this time, may be they will do it.
Reason stated was their allies didn't agree.

Allies = TDP and BJP's own Venkaiah Naidu is no friend of Telangana.
There have been no exceptions when it comes to deceiving Telangana.

pvk16;240374Guntur,

You are calling BJP's clear on stand double game? Then what do you call TDP and Congress game plan. Both of them are showing one-upmanship to destroy each other in Telangana and Andhra.

By the way your posts are very confusing to follow. Keep the other posters comments within quotes instead of making them bold and then give your comments.

Will do that while replying.
CBN and PRP have lost his credibility completely and even beggars in AP don't care them. Waste of time to discuss about Nehru family (Congress) as they are the one ruined the country. But Congress may try to fulfill T-State this time.

ascetic_raj;240375Are you sure you want to fly with news about terrorist threats to bomb planes?
And if you do, make sure you don't travel in a vehicle because of high incidence of accidents due to negligence in Hyderabad?
Do get vaccinated for Swine Flu (not sure if there is one for Dengue and Chicken Gunya).
That's funny. But you are right. Those are bigger danger than the Telangana agitation in Hyderabad.

Guntur;240366I am putting a serious request. Please don't reply if you don't know the actual situation. No guess work please. If you have genuine information that would be of great help.

I am planing to visit Hyderabad during JAN 8-JAN 17, to meet my old classmates and friends after 15 years. I booked the tickets also. My parents and family don't want me to take a chance in this uncertain time. I am not able to decide on the trip. Tough my friends are reporting on some bad news still they are positive on the law and order in Hyderabad. If any of you have first hand information on the travel related issues to Hyderabad that would help me a lot.
I talk to my folks almost daily from various parts of the city and the situation in Hyderabad is calm. The Telangana demonstrators are maintaining restrain for now. Even during various communal riots rarely has entire Hyderabad shutdown (I believe only once in 1978). You just need to understand the alternate routes to avoid trouble spots.

TSAndhra;240381Harish Rao nephew of KCR warning to educational institutions in telangana

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lMhHdoM5VE
He talks about 2 topics in 2 separate clips -
1. Corporate institutions (owned by Andhraites) should respect their own students and teachers and join the movement [Search web for Telangana Settlers forum statement (floated by educational institutions) - they support Telangana state, but apparently also provided material support to Samaikhya Andhra].

2. Motives of Samikhya Andhra leaders - K.E Krishnamurthy and K.E Prabhakar are trying to regularize 100s of acres of land they bought in Medak and that is their motive for Samikhya Andhra.
