supermom,

Thanks for your message. We are planning to relocate to B'lore within the next couple of months and we are also considering Adarsh Palm retreat. I am not able to PM you. Maybe that feature is available only after we cross a particular number of posts?

supermom;266105We are yet to move to the apartment, probably in the next few days or so. So far, we love the apt, it is secluded from the busy roads. What I like the most is the amenities! Construction of the house is very good and I feel nobody else can come close to Adarsh in the price range we wanted especially with so many amenities. They have 2 security check points and also their own private road (from the main sarjapur road). By the way, we are renting and planning to stay for atleast 3-4 years. All the rooms are spacious, good ventilation and every apartment comes with servant quarters. Let me know if you need more info.

Renting in tower 1 may be fine, but if you are buying in yet to be completed/launched T2,3,4 etc, one would be better off, being educated about the issues- delays etc, please join/visit adarsh palm retreat owners yahoo group, you will also find many opting out and reselling after waiting for years on end.

Hi Supermom,

May I ask what's the average rent & sale price for a 3 bedroom apartment in this community? You don't have to share your specifics, just a rough estimate.

Thanks for your time.

Rent is about 20k/month including the maintenance fees. As far as I know, all the apartments are sold out in Tower 1 but I have heard few owners are re-selling them and I think the current selling rate is around 80 lakhs. Tower 2, 3 and 4 are far from being completed.

Let me know if you need more info.

We will definitely rent for first 1 year or so before buying. We are still in the planning phase of r2i, move is planned for mid-2011.

We are visiting Bangalore in Oct this year to do more research on school, apartments etc. and then decide where to live (i forgot to mention the guerilla factor: need to find a job as well :-)

I was just trying to get an idea of the prices, as I have heard good things about this apartment community.

Thanks for the info.

I commuted twice to Embassy Golf Links from APR around 9:30 am. Both times it took about 25 mins via internal roads.
