Has anyone been hired into Juniper Networks in India? Interested in knowing how much they pay for a Program Manager position...

A friend of mine (having 12 years of experience) got an offer for Rs.35 lakhs per annum for a Principal Engineer position (during R2I). Hope this gives you a rough ball park. You can also read some Admin Note: Personal blog promotion deleted.

Is this offered only for R2irs or even candidates who did not R2i and are in India itself?

Thanks for letting me know. I see Principal Engineer as a lead architect and they sure are paid a premium (sometimes even more than the Managers they report to)

Hi Saro,

just curious, did he got the offer through internal transfer? I have seen companies paying very good package , if engineers relocate to Bangalore. What was his position in US? Did he worked as a technical lead/manager in US?

Glassdoor.com shows ~18L. Is this close to what you were expecting?
