Canon Ink Catridges (MX860) - where to buy in Chennai?

Hope this is the right forum to post my question.

We shipped our Canon MX860 all-in-one printer. The printer arrived in one piece but the ink catridges have dried up. I called up the distributor for Canon Chennai and they don't carry the ink for this model (India has MX868 but not 860). Has anyone faced similar problem? Any solutions please?

You can try Cartridge world in LB road Thiruvanmiyur. They also do refills. We have the old Epson CX3810 an the refills have worked.
