i am planning to buy a flat in india by next year.now i am just sending some money to my indian account every month.Is there any way to use this money efficiently like FD in online upto next year. Anyone faced this??

Satkumars, you can open FD. Where are you transferring money? Which bank? Most banks will let you open FD online. Its safe and secure.

OP,
You can also try a recurring FD where in which you add your monthly deposit to the FD.
Check with ur bank to see if this option is available with them.
