Reccomendation for a good banquet hall in western suburbs

I had posted this on another thread, but didn't get much responses, so making a separate thread for this, would really appreciate any reccomendations for our requirement.
We'll be going to mumbai to celebrate my child's brithday in a few months, and would like reccomendations from people here about a decent restaurant with a party hall. My target area is mainly between andheri and kandivali, basically anything close to the western express highway. If there is something that has special arrangements for birthday parties, that would be great, but not a must.
I do not want anything like a 5 star type place, just a good family place, good food, good ambience, with a good size party hall. My budget is between Rs 50000-75000, for a crowd of about 35-40 people. All suggestions are welcome.
