Hi everyone, We R2Ied recently and we are thinking about getting a puppy. We live in an apartment(3rd floor). Can you suggest which breed is well suited for apartments. We can take the dog for regular walks and parks everyday, but other times the dog has to be indoors most of the time. Some people suggested buying a small dog like pug or dachshund. But we want atleast a medium size dog(if not large). And also a dog that is family-friendly and good with children.
Can anyone suggest which breed would suit all our needs?

in India for apartment living i'd suggest a 'Pom' but i guess it's in the smaller category.... keep in mind though midsized or large dog barking like alsatian or doberman or rajapalayam breed can echo around or be deafening in an apartment. just my op based on what i know of. there maybe many other choices nowadays that i'm not aware of..
