Office Pick-Up/Drop-off

I am planning to join a new job about 15-17 km away from my home. I am planning not to drive myself there. Is there any pick-up drop-off service by any cab agency that I can avail. I called some of the agencies and they are charging exorbitant prices like 25k per month or so. I am not keen on hiring a driver as I have had few bad experiences with them in the past. Any pointers on this will be highly appreciated.

If you can mention your co-ordinates some one may help, please specify where do you live (home) and where is your job location?

I am in Sarjapur-ORR and my office will be in Cunningham Road.

I'm actually looking for a cab as well. I'm in Kanakapura Road near Konanakunte Cross. My office is in Bellandur (Near ORR & Sarjapur Road intersection). Any pointers ? Going by bus takes about 1.5 hours (volvo doesn't help much either)
