Hi,

Could any of you please provide feedback on Future Kids school. Am planning to put my kids in Classes 1 and 4 in academic year 2011-12. Looks like this is the only ICSE school around Gachi Bowli.
Would be great if you can let me know the fee details.

Thanks

Hi Meena,

We are extremely happy with Future Kids Schools. Our kids attend classes 4 & 6 and this is the their second acedemic year at FKS. Most grades have 2 sectiions with around 40 kids but teachers seem to really know lot about kids. Emphasis is given to concepts and not hung up on spelling mistakes. Very informal setup (little like gurukul approach), breakfast/lunch cooked on the campus and fed under the watchful eyes of teachers, good use of online materials/weekly tests and responsive principal/management. The cons are class rooms do not have a.c.'s, school lacks auditorium/stage and the approach road is a mess.

Please let us know if you need more info.

I recently visited an upcoming school called 'Global Indian School' near lahari resorts, got chance to visit through a friend.. They were really big and starting academic this year (had plans to start in 2010)... That guy took us inside and shown everything including toilets :-)

It's really big campus and associated internationally.. If someone interested in that area, can check it up... I felt it's too far from City but if you are closer ORR you can easily commute..

One more school :! Auh!

I wanted to send this info to you through a private message so that you can take it forward from here and help others. But I am not able to. Don't know why.

Admission fee is 25000, caution is 20000. Tuition is 48000 to 60000 for nursery to grade 7. Food and transport are additional depending on the age and distance respectively. There is an extra 6000 to 7000 for uniforms etc in the beginning of the year.

Hope this helps.
