You may want to have them correct question 5. There is no option for 5-10 yrs experience.

There's an option for already returned but no choice for 2010. Is starts with 2011.

This has nothing to with any 'survey'.
Just a scheme to collect the personal details by the resume/job site.

From publicly available information - The company website doesn't contain contact info, which is a big NO NO to share any info!. And, from the website registration info - this company has a home address in VA and has a gmail address.

I am a registered recruiter/employer and have personally used corp-to-corp service. It's a decent job portal with decent customer support. For any startup IT consulting company, corp-corp is the best place to start with. I would recommend this portal.
