sky2cusa;372391Stuff was delivered between June 7th & 8th 2010, nothing reported lost in writing (specially from a client who would shoot out email for each instance right at that minute or give a call), what happened? June 11th sending an email, stating some boxes are missing? Each matter for this shipment was reported within minutes via email or call by client. Why the missing boxes not reported right on the date of delivery via email or call?
I haven't yet gone through the entire details of the message, but on the very outset, the above stands out for comment. Now I'm not saying this support of either party, but as a layman.
When a move happens and stuff that was packed and shipped months ago is delivered at my doorstep, there are so many other things that happen in day-to-day life that makes it impossible to recollect right at the very instant of all the things that were shipped and match them up with what's been delivered. This usually takes a couple of days' time to take inventory of stuff to realize what's missing. Imagine the scene where boxes are laid out in different rooms in different sorts, shapes and sizes. Any human being needs the time to go through all of them at leisure, match them up with their own list of inventory and identify the discrepancies.
In that regard, with the stuff being delivered on June 7th and 8th, reacting on June 11th appears to be within a reasonable amount of time.
This is from a practical point of view!
