How to find rental in l&t serene

We are lookingbfor a rental community in l & t city . Just wanted to find out if there is a website where you can find the rentals available.

There is no listings available anywhere and it is difficult to get info. Go to the community and go building to building notice boards to find out owner placed notices.

I just moved to Hyderabad from US and looking out for rentals. L&T serene county owners have it up for rent on websites like sulekha.com , commonfloor.com, magicbricks.com. There are 4 BHK's available with rental at an average of Rs. 35,000.

My brother who rented R2Ied is living there. Very nice community. We spent Sunday evening there with kids and really impressed with the community. Nice swimming pool, really serene location, nice play areas and open spaces.

Small apartments (1500 Sq Ft) to larger 4 bed rooms are available. Sq Ft * 130-140 seems to be a reasonable rent here.

I recently committed (paid advance) for renting 3BHK (1840sft) for 24K per month.
You will not find L&T rentals much in DC Sunday paper or Sulekha web site.

I found it through one of my friend who lives there. They have owners portal and he gave me info from there. Other option is through brokers but htey will charge you 15 days rent as their charge.

My friends told me 22K is right price for 1850 sft but owner would not budge down below 24K.
Since kids school starting in June 2nd week, i did not want to take chance of letting this go. Maintenance is around 2700 rs/month.

When i looked there, there was another 1500sft 3BHK ( i think Magnolia #98) for 18K. Not sure if it is still avalialble. If you are interested for that, PM me. i can check if i still saved that number some where

We just booked in magadha village since its close to Glendale. Atleast from first few visits it seemed to be a very quiet and peaceful community. Will know more once we start living there.

Seems like quite a few R2I'ers reside at L&T Serene County. Someone should put the club-house to use and organize a meet.

We have a 4 BHK apartment at L&T Serene County getting available for rent from Oct 1 2011 onwards.
