Mantri Flora - apartment complex review needed

Post by rknk0220 »

Hi,

While searching for a rental apartment near Sarjapur Rd, I have 2 leads and need advice to close on one:

A) Springfield apt for rent of 30k.....area about 1800 sq ft
B) mantra flora apt for rent of 24k.....area about 1625 sq ft

I need some feedback regs community, water issues, access to shops/medical stores etc to close on one.

Thanks

Both are good........Spencer and Total Malls are next to Springfields. Mantri Flora is 200-300 metres away....

I think your quote of 24K for mantri flora is high as I had a friend who rented a similar size apt-3br/2b there for 18K till last year. Check out the market- I think there are a lot of vacant apts there looking for tenants.
