IBM SAP BAND and Salary

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know if 15+ years of SAP (mostly US) what band can be expected in IBM India and whats the salary.
I am planning move from US to India in July this year.

It depends on the skills set you have i.e. are you a PM, Consultant, Technical, etc. But I could say that you will fit into Band 8 or 9.

Just FYI was offered 30 Lacs CTC including variable portion, didn't receive the offer yet :(

Band 8 for the given experience is correct. Salary offered is on the higher end for Band 8. What is your job code?

Band 9/Dont know/Mumbai/Pune

Dont know job code either. I felt the salary is low, so not taking it.

Didn't join. However IBM India is good if join senior position with well negotiated salary.

lot of activity on this forum. i work as a career expert for senior professionals. 30lacs was a good offer from IBM.
