Relocating to Pune ... Help

Hello, This is my first post. We are relocating to Pune in December 2011. Husband's work will be Yerwada area. Kids are 13 and 7.
What areas are good to live. Looking for a 4 bed apartment, what is the rent? And which complexes are decent.
Looking for Intenational schools for kids. How is Vibgyor compared to others?

We are also relocating to pune JAN 2012, I started thread regarding schools and appartments. we will be in baner pune.

Brahma Sun City (Wadgaonsheri/Kalyani nagar extn) is a good complex to live in that area. You can rent a 3.5/4 BHK between 25-30K. VIBGYOR is a good school. My kids like it. VIBGYOR has pick up/drop off bus service from Brahma Sun City.

Could you tell me what the water supply and power situation is like in Bramha Sun City?

Sorry just checked the post today.
There is water (supplied by tankers) round the clock. Also, good power backup. It even runs 2 lights in living & bedroom in case of power off. Overall, I am very satisfied.

hello we r also moving to pune in may 2012..we will also be in baner area.do u have any idea about that area..school etc we have shortlisted some school..vibgyore is one of them.have u stayed there before?more info will be appriciated.

If you are staying in Baner some of the good schools are: Vidya Valley, Orchid, Daffodil Intnl...
