Anyone missing a crry-on luggge????

We recently r2aed and shipped our household goods back to the US. While unpacking, we noticed a carry-on bag that is no ours. The shipping agent in India did not know who it belonged to, and neither does it have any address or name on it.

There are a lot of medals of a small boy from Indus International school in the bag and a couple of prescription eye glasses. I tried to reach the school who have been uncooperative in even locating the child's name (well, it should not be difficult for them, given that I have told them the boy was in 4th grade last year and has won several medals in swimming). I would like to locate the owner and would welcome any help in identifying and notifying them. I am planning to keep it for a month more before I decide to discard it.

If you know who this person is, then please send me a pm so I can share my contact information. I really hope that someone in Bangalore is willing to follow-up with the school to locate this child.
