Dallas, TX Vs Jacksonville, FL

I have an option to relocate to Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL as part of my current postion.

In regards to the following parameters in that order

a. Warmer tolerable weather year round
b. Cost of living/cost of home or rentals
c. Sr level career opportunities (IT/Corporate/R&D)
d. Affordable quality education for kids through public schools
e. Tolerable traffic during peak hours/availability of public transportation
f. Scenic beauty/easy access to recreation
g. Social life
h. Peaceful / reasonably less crime rate

What would be a better option? Please advice as I need to make a decision ASAP

Are you sure

Dallas has Warmer tolerable weather year round compared to Jax
and Dallas has lesser Cost of living/cost of home or rentals compared to Jax

because quicker look at www.weather.com and www.zillow.com suggest otherwise
