Help at Chennai Airport

Can we get some help at chennai international airport for old people who travel with luggage? I know after landing in chennai, we can seek help from those boys to move luggage from the belt to outside.

I don't know if we can get similar help on outbound travel, can we get someone help to push the luggage cart from airport entrance until check-in of luggage ?

In Begaluru airport, You get help from Outside the Airport to check-in, they will put all the luggages in the weigh machine also.
Just you need to pay them... some times this helps even if you exceed your allowance.

Yes. We can get help if they are old. I had been to see of my relatives(old) few months back. I believe they paid Rs. 500 (or might be less, not very sure) for couple of bags. They helped in the process of checking-in the luggage. Maybe someone can come into the airport bit early and arrange for it.

I used a service offered by Akbar Travels around 2-3 years ago. They help you with the entire process up to baggage check-in. I had to pay Rs.200 or so. I am not sure if they still offer it as a service, but it is worth checking.
