How to find a freelance position in India

I am interested in a freelancing position. Not sure how I can look for one. Should I go through a recruiter? Any websites that I can apply through online? How does this work? appreciate your help.

What is your area of expertise? Can you post some details? Technology, years of experience, domain worked on, etc?

ummm. I am into testing. I have over 10 years of experience. Mostly in Financial Industry (FIX, OMS etc...) A little bit in Health Benefits administration. I am looking for a part time position( do not know if these exists in India) or flexible hours.
