anyone owns a house or lives in gera skyvillas

hi all, if anyone lives in gera skyvillas please let me know.

I had some questions about contruction, living and approach road to the building.
Also wanted to ask about the monthly maintenance cost.

Hi,

I have a friend who lives in Gera skyvillas, but she is not happy as the construction quality is bad, they already have large cracks in walls and the property has started to look dated. The ceiling are low, and the villas give you a confined space feel. The development has not been maintained well and the approach roads around have not been formed as yet.

oh really, thats an eye opener. Could u pls send me her email address in a message pls, would like to ask her more questions if possible. we bought a 4 bhk villa and have yet not taken possession.

thanks for ur help on this. much appreciated. that was the only bldg that looked so spacious online. :(
