Hi All
I am new to this forum. My wife and I are planning to return to Hyderabad-India in few months (2 months) and We just started my job search. Applied for couple of jobs via company web sites about 3 weeks back but haven't heard back anything yet.
Reading through some of the posts on this forum I realized that applying directly on company website may not help at all.
I would appreciate if anyone can provide some guidance on whats the best approach one should follow when looking for jobs in India (Chennai and Bangalore). Also I was wondering if there are any reputed staffing firms in Chennai and Bangalore that can be approached?
